Entry into our Father's Day competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

1. This Competition is in no way endorsed, administered, sponsored or associated with Facebook.

2. The Promoter is Oakville Harvest. (“the Promoter”).

3. Entry of this competition is open to all Australian residents aged 14 years or older (at the time of entry) who are followers of the Oakville Harvest Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/Oakvilleharvest)

4. Employees of Oakville Harvest and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this competition.

5. The competition commences at 5:00 PM on the 31st of August 2022 and ends at 12:00 PM on the 1st of September 2022 Australian Eastern Standard Time.

6. This is a game of skill. Chance will play no part when deciding the winners. Entries will be judged individually based on uniqueness and creativity. The decision of the judges is final.

7. To enter the competition via Facebook, entrants must:
- Post a 'joke' as a comment on the competition post. 

8. To be eligible for entry, all jokes must:
- Not contain anything that may be considered offensive, obscene or defamatory or that infringes the rights of any person involved.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to hide or delete any comment, post or competition entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Individuals may enter this Competition as many times as they like. The promoter does however, reserve the right to ignore or disqualify any entries that are not considered to be significantly different from other entries by the same individual or that are in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Once the competition has ended, one winner will be selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion from among all eligible submissions received during the applicable entry period on Facebook.

12. The prize is one (1) Father's Day Hamper, valued at $40.

13. This prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. If the winner does not accept the prize, that prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be offered or awarded in lieu of any element of the prize(s).

14. All entries must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the 1st of September 2022, Australian Eastern Standard Time.

15. The winners will be notified via social media on 1st of September 2022 by the Promoter. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the Competition due to reasons that are considered outside of the control of the Promoter.

17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify that statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising of, or in connection with the Promoter.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
