Refund/Returns Policy

Refunds will not be offered for a change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered.

If a received product is not as stated, defective or damaged, please contact us. If you can provide satisfactory evidence that the product has a major fault, you may reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In the event of a return, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery.

All refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for the funds to return to your account.

Pick Up

​

Once your order has been placed we will contact you within 48 hours to advise that your order is ready for pick up from Oakville Harvest at 552 Old Pitt Town Rd, Oakville NSW 2765. If you have not received notification from us within 48 hours, please contact us.
